Pickling spice is most often used for canning pickles, but pickling spice is a very aromatic blend of spices which is used mainly for pickling vegetables.

Ingredients: allspice, mustard, clove, ginger, cinnamon, coriander seeds, black pepper, dill seeds, bay leave, and cardamom.
