Ingredients:
Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Caola Oil
Filling: Potatoes, Green Peas, Ginger, Fenugreek, Crushed Red Chilli, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seed, Onions, Water, Salt , Turmeric
How To cook:
Bake: Pre-heat ovenr to 200 'C (400 'F), Spread Frozen Samousa on a lighty greased pan. Brush or spray samosas lightly with vegetable oil. Bake for 10-15 min on each sides until golden brown.
Fry: Thaw or defrost the samosas prior to frying. Pre-heat oil to 190'C (375 'F). Once oil is ready, fry each samosa for 7-10 min until samosa is golden brown.
