I have tried this bread several times, and love it specially for wraps. I do not like pita for wrap because it breaks down easily. However, this bread is more flexible and I can wrap my sandwiches fast with less amount of bread as I am trying to reduce the amount of bread in my diet. Another good thing about it is it grill very fast. I just put it in my grill for two minutes and I have a crispy nice sandwich.
